My review on Flipkart.
The worst purchase i ever had.
The product delivered had numerous issues, was defected like a piece of crap. Plastic broken from numerous spots, rusted metal everywhere and holes in fabric. I still kept the chair as i was really in need of a chair due to a surgery i had recently undergone but just in 10 days the parts of chair kept breaking off thus i felt it is not a chair….it is bhangaar.
I called the customer care number of ASE gaming and the person on the other end agreed that it was his fault for delivering a defective product to which i said all the reviews say that your products are sub par. In the end he demanded 1500 rupees for letting me claim warranty in logistics. Third grade product which does not look like the flipkart product pics at all. Worst possible brand Seems like a craft project of a 9 year old. Update: Seller is not picking up the call, nor replying on whatsapp or on mail after charging 1500 to get the product replaced.
Thus in nutshell i paid 9000 rupees for kabaad. Product didnt even last 3 days. Warranty they claim is 2 years. What a joke. I did the research. All of the products this brand sells are rated one or two star. This brand itself has 2 star rating. And the tactic of this seller is that it starts showing the one star items out of stock once the rating goes down to fool consumers.
Flipkart needs to throw such sellers out of its platform to keep its credibility at a satisfactory level or such sellers will take flipkart to gutter with themselves.
